Utility Billing Winter Water Use Schedule provides service period dates for individual meter routes for the residential volume based sewer rate.  The residential volume based sewer rate is based on the individual customer’s average winter water use (AWWU) as established during the winter months of December, January and February.  Based on the meter read schedule, the winter water service period begins in mid-November and ends in mid-March to include all customer routes encompassing the winter months.  View the schedule to determine the service period dates for your residential water and sewer account.  Access Utility Billing information and check out the City’s Online Water and Sewer Bill Payment site.
