The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals for legal notices and display advertising services. All proposals must be received by the Department of Finance by August 31, 2017 when they will be opened publicly in the City Hall Council Chambers, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.


Proposals received after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Department of Finance in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the proposal title, specification number, proposer name, and time and date of the proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the specification package.


Specification packages and additional information may be obtained at the City’s BidSync website at Proposers will be required to complete a free registration on the BidSync site to participate. Please contact Purchasing Analyst Kristin Eriksson at with any questions.

Drop-off Location: Requests for Proposals and Qualifications are to be dropped off at the Department of Finance and Information Technology, unless otherwise noted in the specifications.

Business Tax License: The City of San Luis Obispo requires (contractors or companies) doing work within the City limits to have a business tax certificate.
