SUBDIVISION HEARING

The City of San Luis Obispo's Community Development Director will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2014, in the Council Hearing Room, at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, to consider the following:

1.   1126 Marsh Street.  MS 144-14 (SLOMS 14-0077); Review of a common-interest re-subdivision of seven existing parcels resulting in eight parcels.  The project includes a categorical exemption from environmental review; C-R zone; MFI Limited, applicant.  (Marcus Carloni)

PLEASE NOTE:  Any court challenge to the action taken on this public hearing item may be limited to considering only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of San Luis Obispo at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Decisions by the Hearing Officer are final unless appealed to the City Council within 10 days of the action.  Any person aggrieved by the decision may file an appeal.  Appeal forms are available in the Community Development Department or on the City’s website (www.slocity.org).  The fee for filing an appeal is $273 and must accompany the appeal documentation.

The City of San Luis Obispo's Zoning Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing at 2:30 p.m. or later on Friday, September 19, 2014, in the Council Hearing Room (Room 9), at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, to consider the following:

1.    1126 Marsh Street.  A 144-14; Review of redevelopment of an existing parking lot into seven single-family residences in the Retail-Commercial (C-R) zone with a categorical exemption from environmental review; MFI Limited, applicant.  (Marcus Carloni)

2.    161 Broad Street.  A 32-14; Request for reduction of the minimum required depth of the side yards between two residences, with a categorical exemption from environmental review; C/OS-20 zone; Andre, Morris, and Buttery, applicant.  (Walter Oetzell)
