ROLL CALL:      Committee Members Sandy Baer, Thom Brajkovich, Hugh Platt, Patti Taylor, Victoria Wood, Vice-Chair Jamie Hill, and Chair Bob Pavlik

PUBLIC COMMENT:  At this time, people may address the Committee about items not on the agenda.  Items raised are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting. 

The action of the CHC is a recommendation to the Community Development Director, another advisory body, or City Council and, therefore, is not final and cannot be appealed.  

ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA:  Committee or staff may modify the order of items.

1.    742 Marsh Street.  ARCMI 128-14; Review of façade improvements to a commercial structure within the historic downtown district and request to remove the subject structure from the City’s list of Contributing historic structures; C-D-H zone; Ariel Shannon, applicant.  (Rachel Cohen) staff report
