The City of San Luis Obispo utilizes an online system (BidSync) to manage its bids. Potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may view current projects, register as plan holders, download plans and specifications and receive addendum notices.

All City Bids, RFPs and RFQs
Drop-off Location: Requests for Proposals and Qualifications are to be dropped off at the Department of Finance and Information Technology, unless otherwise noted in the specifications.
Business Tax License: The City of San Luis Obispo requires (contractors or companies) doing work within the City limits to have a business tax certificate. For more information on obtaining a tax certificate, please contact the Finance Department at (805) 781-7134 or visit our Business Services page.
