Footballat Damon-Garcia Sports Fields The Parks and
Recreation Department and the SLO YMCA team up with the NFL to offer
organized flag football for local youth. Children pick-up basic
football skills while participating in a positive, non-contact and
continuous action sport.

Futsal (Indoor Soccer)
Sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department and the SLO County
YMCA, Futsal is played on a small court with five players on each
team with a variation of outdoor soccer rules.
Open to boys and girls ages 5 -17. Teams will be divided up in

Junior Giants Baseball
at Stockton Field (Sinsheimer Park)
Junior Giants is a non-competitive baseball program
that focuses on building confidence, teamwork, integrity and
leadership skills. Junior Giants, for boys and girls, uses baseball
as a tool to teach and encourage positive character development. All
participants and their families must attend Mandatory Orientation.

Become a volunteer coach for the Junior Giants program! No need to
have baseball experience, but a love of the game helps! Male and
female coaches needed. Coaches are trained in San Francisco by
professional athletes at AT&T Park. Program requirements include
commitment on program days

First Tee Youth Golf at Laguna Lake Golf Course
Youth, ages 7-17, are eligible to participate in the First Tee golf
program, held at Laguna Lake Golf Course. For more information call

Teen Cross Country
boys at Laguna Middle School are invited to be a part of the Laguna
Cross Country team. Team participates in meets with local schools.
Teen Track and Field
The Teen Track and Field program at Laguna Middle School is for all
levels of experience. The team travels to various meets throughout
the season and
competes against local junior high and middle schools.

spike and develop volleyball skills within a supportive environment.
