Come learn about the benefits of good fire, the history of cultural burning among Indigenous communities in California, current changes to state law that encourage cultural fire, and present day collaborations between yak titʸu titʸu yak tiłhini Northern Chumash Tribe of San Luis Obispo Region and County and the City of SLO to revive traditional ecological knowledge in the SLO Greenbelt.
