September Scramble

Family Adventure Obstacle Course

 

The San Luis Obispo Parks & Recreation Department is proud to present this year’s September Scramble Family Adventure Course on Saturday, September 30, with drop–in hours from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Laguna Lake Golf Course.

Who is the Scramble for? 

The Scramble is designed for school age kids 5–13.  There will be 20+ obstacles built over a 0.75 mile path throughout the golf course. The course will challenge the kids’ imaginations and abilities, including a climbing wall, hay bale hurdles, tunnels, net climbs, and balance beams.    

Why September? 

September is National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month, and the San Luis Obispo Parks & Recreation Department is dedicated to healthy families, happy homes, and strong communities.

Cost: $15.00 per kid with a max of $40.00 per family (maximum 5 per family unless prior approval)
Each child participant will receive an awesome t–shirt to celebrate their adventurous day!

Ages: All ages

** Adults can run the course with their child with valid registration.

El Departamento de Parques y Recreación de San Luis Obispo se enorgullece de presentar este curso de September Scramble Adventura de Familias el sábado 30 de septiembre, con horas desde las 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. en Lagua Lake Golf Course.

¿Para quién es la adventura?

El Scramble está diseñado para niños en edad escolar 5–13. Habrá 20+ obstáculos construidos en un camino de 0.75 millas en todo el campo de golf. El curso desafiará la imaginación y las habilidades de los niños, incluyendo un muro de escalada, obstáculos de pacas de heno, túneles, subidas netas y vigas de equilibrio.

¿Por qué Septiembre?

Septiembre es el Mes Nacional de Concientización sobre la Obesidad Infantil, y el Departamento de Parques y Recreación de San Luis Obispo está dedicado a familias sanas, hogares felices y comunidades fuertes.

Costo: $15.00 por niño con un máximo de $40.00 por familia (máximo 5 por familia a menos que se apruebe previamente)

¡Cada niño participante recibirá una camiseta increíble para celebrar su día de aventura!
