Drop-off Location: Requests for Proposals and Qualifications are to be dropped off at the Department of Finance and Information Technology, unless otherwise noted in the specifications.

Business Tax License: The City of San Luis Obispo requires (contractors or companies) doing work within the City limits to have a business tax certificate.  For more information on obtaining a tax certificate, please contact the Finance Department at (805) 781-7134 or visit our Business License page.

Every couple of years a new, updated edition will be printed and posted on this site. Contractors, designers, City employees and other users shall verify that they have the most current standards.
