Get fit and have fun in our Active 8 class! This 90 minute class offers introductory skills in both men’s and women’s gymnastics events.  Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, and acrobatics!  Experience tumbling and trampoline work in a safe and exciting environment.  Please call 48 hours in advance to reserve your spot at 805-547-1496.  Coed. No Class Nov 22-28.
