East meets West in moves and music in this fun fitness/dance class that challenges the body, inspires the spirit, and opens the heart.

Bellyfit is a fresh combination of moves and music inspired by Bollywood, African dance and belly dance, plus an infusion
of Pilates and yoga. Please bring a yoga mat and water and wear athletic shoes.  No class July 16th or July 23rd.
