Learn how to burn up to 100 calories every 10 minutes while having FUN! Gain confidence and body awareness, increase core and overall strength; improve balance and symmetry, no matter what your skill level or prior experience!  Class hoops provided, and are also available for purchase. Private lessons 7:30pm-8:30pm.
