Come reap the rewards and revel in the power of your own body. This class will be a circuit-based boot camp workout using functional and dynamic movements that will help train your body for life. Workouts are new and fresh every time, will always challenge you and will be held mostly outside. There will be equipment such as BOSU, ropes, medicine balls, swiss balls, sandbags, TRX bands, resistance bands and the best equipment of all: your body! Although this is not a class for beginners, it is a class that can be modified for many fitness levels. You’ll need a yoga mat you don’t mind getting a little dirty, a sweat towel (because you’ll do plenty of that), athletic shoes, wear layered clothing and a good attitude. Classes run just over one hour and are $18/class twice a week for a 6-week camp. See you at workout!
