The Community Development Department recently updated its Zoning Regulations and Development Impact Fee program. During these updates community members engaged with City staff to ask a variety of questions and share their concerns on a wide variety of topics related to development. As a result we produced an informational series covering the topics that are on the front of residents' minds.
