SLO County OES Evacuation Assistance List :

Established because of Diablo Canyon used for other emergencies.  It is mostly intended for physical evacuation assistance.  Residents who qualify can sign up by filling out the card in the back of the Emergency Planning Calendar, filling out the form on our website, or calling the SLO County OES office at 781-5011.
