The City of San Luis Obispo has four community gardens sites with over 100 plots available for City residents to lease. Garden plots are available to City residents on a first-come, first-served basis.

Interested gardeners will be place on a waiting list and allocated a garden plot depending on availability.
Annual Fee
$35 base rate plus a $.03 assessment charge per square foot. Payments due to the Finance Department at City Hall in July of each year.
Broad Street - Update
533 Broad Street
The North Broad Street Garden has 15 plots and is located on the North end of Broad Street, between Lincoln Street and the Highway 101 southbound on-ramp.
Laurel Lane

The Laurel Lane Garden site has 21 plots and is located next to Fire Station #3 near Augusta Street intersection.
Emerson Park
1341 Nipomo
The Emerson Park Garden has 45 plots and is located on the corner of Nipomo and Pismo Streets, next to the Parks and Recreation Department.
Rotary Garden at Meadow Park
2251 Meadow Street
The Rotary Garden contains 40 plots. It is located at the west end of Meadow Park with the nearest access on South Street.
Kiwanis Centennial Garden
11175 Los Osos Valley Rd
Kiwanis Centennial Garden has 42 plots. It is located on the west side of the Laguna Lake Golf Course parking lot entrance.
